Ordering

To order on-line please visit our Online shop.

By email

Please complete the order form and attach it within an email to send to us. We will process your order as soon as we can, which is normally within one working day.

Call us and we’ll take your order over the phone. Please make sure that you have your payment details available. If we are busy or not in the office then please leave your order and contact telephone number on our answer phone. We will call you as soon as we can to confirm your order and to take payment details from you.

There is no minimum order restrictions.

Payment

All prices are in UK pounds sterling.

We accept all major credit cards.

Please make cheques payable to World Coffees Ltd.

Delivery and Postage Charges
We aim to dispatch your order a.s.a.p., usually within 48 hours. If a coffee is not available, we will contact you and ask you to choose a different coffee or advise you of the estimated delivery day.

Your coffee will be delivered by first class post or by next day courier service. We charge £1.80 per 250 grammes of coffee and orders over £50 are delivered free of charge. We reserve the right to use a different method of delivery at our discretion.

We do not make deliveries outside the UK.

Cancellation

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible, please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. We can only accept cancellations before your order has been processed.
