About the coffee:
Guatemalan~ 'Las Nubes', means 'the clouds.
The coffee farm is located high in the mountains of southern Guatemala and is often draped in clouds. At this altitude the climate is temperate with low night temperature which is ideally suited to the cultivation of the highest quality arabica coffee.
This coffee is fragrant, has low acidity, medium body & is smooth with a lemony aftertaste and works well with any type of coffeemaker.
